Was here recently for a wedding, which I heard was switched around pretty last minute, so kudos to them for being able to help out! The servers were really attentive, bar got really busy but the bartender handled it well, and the food was truly delightful! The crispy artichoke hearts were so good -- my husband doesn't even normally like artichoke hearts and was raving about them! We also had the whipped ricotta with peach chutney and could not get enough of it! I was pretty full by the time my Faroe Island Salmon got to me, but that creamy lemon sauce was so delicious and tangy fresh that I couldn't help myself! Also a bit of a side note, but the ladies' bathroom was really gorgeous with natural lighting! Great for a lil bathroom selfie :) Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great time and a great meal, and I can't wait to come back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We went to dinner this past Saturday and sat at the beautiful bar inside The Alexander. Everything was excellent from my special request elderflower martini to our burger to the wine selection and the atmosphere. Our bartender Riko was generous in conversation and knowledge.....we have been several times before and look forward to going again. Easily one of the best all around restaurants in Rochester! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $40–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We had the pleasure of visiting The Alexander to celebrate our friends' wedding, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish! Chaz, Rico, and the rest of the staff were so friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They truly made us feel taken care of throughout the evening. The food was phenomenal. My personal favorites were the artichokes and the Peach Chutney Ricotta Sourdough, which was absolutely delicious! Rico also made me an amazing blackberry mojito, and my husband's cocktail was so tasty too! The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and beautifully designed, making it the perfect place to celebrate such a special occasion. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience, and we will absolutely be back!
