Web site says 9:00 open put my order in said to pick up at 9:24am went there they was closed, called to see if they could bring it to my work which is a 5 minute drive they said yes but then said they was to busy so I had no lunch that day, plus the lady proceeded to say, don’t they have a cafeteria at your work? I was going to add on to my order and pick it up after work 5pm but she upset me. So u asked for a refund. She was always looking for an excuse. But there wasn’t one in this case. First time, last time. Order placed at 12:58, charged at 1:07; waited for food when the restaurant was empty till almost 1:30 (lunch time). ordered garbanzo salad which I was told was premade. I inquired about the mushrooms: Were they raw and were they fresh; told yes they were raw and fresh, really were neither when I received my salad. Mushrooms inedible. After 1:15 I had to go into the restaurant and track down my order which no one was taking responsibility for; when food arrived; no apology
