Asylum is pretty near Greenbrier Historical Society and North House Museum. Many guests come here to enjoy perfectly cooked club sandwiches, fried chicken and ribeye. Taste good peanut butter pie, cheesecakes and ice cream at this bar. Here you may have delicious bourbon, draft beer or wine.

Couldn't have been happier than with dinner at The Asylum. We arrived at 6:30 to find the place already pretty full. Still, we got a nice table and excellent service. There was a great cross section of people in the crowd, from families with toddlers to couples and groups of friends. The food was excellent. I had the bean burger and wished I'd ordered the sweet potato fries. I'd planned to leave by 8:00, but the ambience was so lovely and we enjoyed ourselves so much we stayed another hour. There was no pressure to vacate our table. No wonder it's my local friend's favorite restaurant.
