Good service in this new pub in a refurbished town centre bank. Beer is pricier than average but is certainly good quality. A potential asset to Faversham town centre. Price per person: £10–20

As a long-time admirer of the Time and Tide brewery and a frequent visitor to their fantastic setup over in Sandwich, I was absolutely thrilled to see them open a new venue. "The Bank" is a truly wonderful addition to the Time and Tide family, bringing their signature craft beer excellence right into the heart of Faversham. The location is quite simply superb. Situated dead in the town centre, the taproom breathes fresh life into the former Lloyds Bank building. They have done a stellar job with the refurbishment; the interior strikes a perfect balance between honouring the building's sturdy history and offering a contemporary, clean, and meticulously well-maintained space to relax in. It feels comfortably modern without losing a welcoming atmosphere. A brilliant touch is the separate but attached pizzeria, Luigi's. Craft beer and pizza are a match made in heaven, and Luigi's certainly delivers on that front. The pizzas are incredibly delicious, authentic, and exceptionally well-priced. On my very first visit to The Bank, I decided to keep things relatively light. I opted for a pint of the Sprat AF, their brilliant 0.5% alcohol-free beer, which effortlessly retains all the crisp, hoppy flavour you would expect from a Time and Tide brew. To accompany it, I ordered the classic garlic bread topped with melted cheese and a generous dollop of sweet red onion marmalade from Luigi's. It was an absolute triumph of flavour and the perfect pairing. A fantastic new local spot that I cannot recommend highly enough. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
