Would have given zero stars if I could. On ringing to book Afternoon Tea, I was asked to pay the whole amount upfront. I offered to pay a deposit, but no, it had to be the whole amount upfront. This is most unusual, suspicious, and extremely bad customer service, and, quite frankly, speaks volumes about the place. The word desperate springs to mind. Watch, listen and learn from the other eating places in the area, who do not ask for the whole amount upfront and who knock spots off you where customer service is concerned. You have got it so wrong. I can only assume you don't want to be in business for much longer.
