I recently visited Grosvenor Casino, The Barracuda, and I wanted to share my experience. Unfortunately, my visit was marred by the rude behavior of the staff. I felt compelled to express my disappointment regarding this aspect of my visit. **Rating:** 0 out of 5 stars The staff's behavior was unacceptably rude. I expected a higher level of professionalism and courtesy in a place like Grosvenor Casino. The casino was clean and well-maintained, which is a positive aspect worth mentioning, but it’s better for you to stay away from all grosvenor casinos as they don’t know how to solve the issues. Some of the staff are rude, and I hope grosvner executives reviews some of complains and check how their employee working. And to take complains seriously addressing the issue of rude staff behavior promptly. Improving customer service should be a top priority to ensure a positive experience for all visitors. Two words Stay Away
