The menu of International cuisine is recommended to try at this restaurant. Most guests recommend trying tasty scallops, pies and tuna. Take your family with you to have good parfait.

We celebrated a special birthday. They arranged for table to be outside on the veranda overlooking the ocean. The staff led by Kylie were wonderful. They explained the menu in detail and were most attentive all evening. Great value for money!!! We will be back!!!! Thank you for hosting a wonderful evening. A great way to start the New Year Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $80–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Kingfish, Seafood Pie

The Team at the Basin Dining Room were wonderful with helping me plan a special engagement dinner. I was able to customise a set menu, get flowers delivered to the restaurant, and organise Champaign on arrival. The food and service was excellent! Would highly recommend. Two of us went for birthday lunch. My partner mostly enjoyed the experience, I didn't. There is much to like about the decor and the setting but for me the food was unremarkable. Both entree and main (Clam chowder and Seafood pie) presented well yet remained sadly underwhelming in taste. I love seafood so is was extra painful that both dishes were not only small (kid size it seemed to me) and little, if any seafood exuberance in taste. My partner fared better with her food yet was upset with the way our booking mix up was handled on arrival. We won't be back.
