It's a pleasant experience to order nicely cooked chicken sandwiches, fried chicken and breakfast sandwiches. Nothing can be better than ordering good beignets and tasty strawberries and cream. This confectionary restaurant offers great orange latte, iced coffee or lemonade among its drinks.

This place is AWESOME. They have the best beignets in town! They are always hot and fresh. I stopped by about 20 minutes before closing and they still made my beignets fresh. I’m always worried about ordering from a place this close before closing time, but you do not have to worry about it here. It was my first time here, and since I was heading to the brew pub next door for a bit, I wanted something that was going to stay fresh by the time I got home. I asked them for advice, and they suggested the churro flavored ones with strawberries on the side (instead of pouring them over the beignets). They told me it would be 5 or 10 minutes, so I went to wait in my car. I totally planned on coming back to the pickup window in a few minutes, but they were ready early, and these guys went the extra mile and found me in the parking lot and delivered my beignets. Their suggestion was wonderful. Everything was fresh when I got home. These guys really won me over with their service and their friendly hospitality. Food: 5 Service: 5

Stopped by The Beignet Stand at 0830 on a Saturday morning. San Antonio had clearly not woken up yet, because traffic was light and there were only two people seated. I expected this place to be a food truck, so I was surprised to see a building with outdoor seating. Very cool. I was greeted walking up to order and farewelled walking away with my order. Service was outstanding. All the food is made to order so it took about 10 minutes and then I was quickly on my way. I was bringing these 30 minutes to the far West side, and they packaging retained it's heat and they were still super fresh when we ended up eating them. The bacon egg and cheese Beignet was amazing. I think it has a garlic aoli on it that's not mentioned on the menu, and usually I ask for that to be removed, but it wasn't overpowering. Absolutely delicious. The specialty beignets actually come in packs of three and you can mix and match flavors. So, we tried them all. The fruit flavors were my favorite. We also grabbed a bag of churro Beignet bites with Nutella dip and those were great. Kids loved them. Highly recommend the drive here, they'll stay hot till you get home.
