Been here before and now again no welcoming face, no "welcome, hi, hello", nothing jz looks and we ask if they have any other pumpkin drinks and all we get is a look and a finger being pointed to a sign..no words out of either mouth amd one jz kept looking at the other not even acknowledging us . Wth is up w all these rude ppl?! This is not worth the stars they have- again won't be back!!! Jz wow!!!!!!! **Edited- Oh, so you want some clarification.. Who is writing in response to my review? Now someone can speak!?Again,noone said 1 word to us- especially NOT "Hi , welcome in" again w a rude face as I smiled waiting for a greeting walking in and instead got that. That's how you train or let you employees be? What an embarrassment to be lieing on this response..look and post the camera footage and let's really show what was said or wasn't said as my husband and I both spoke to both employees and jz got head shakes (w one nvr looking our way- just at the other employee and a finger point and not 1 word out of their mouth (not 1) I also responded w " what yall can't speak"? So before you have your employees back you should really have looked into this situation 1st.. Not professional as all!

We do want to clarify what happened, as the interaction described in your review does not reflect what our employees recall.When you and your family walked in, we did greet you with, “Hi, welcome in.” When you asked if we had any other pumpkin drinks, one of our employees pointed to the poster for our Pumpkin Spice Chai, which is the pumpkin drink we are currently promoting. The other employee also spoke with the gentleman who was with you and explained that the Pumpkin Spice Chai was the only pumpkin drink we currently have after he asked if we had anything with pumpkin and espresso.Both employees remained patiently at the counter and waited to take your order, giving you and your family plenty of time to look over the menu displayed at the front of the store. During that time, there were no additional questions or requests for clarification from your group. Instead, after looking over the menu, you chose to leave.We’re always open to feedback and want every guest to feel welcomed, but we also feel it’s important to provide some clarification. We hope to see you again, have a great day!

I am the gentleman that asked your employees about the pumpkin drinks and I see that your taking our review as an attack to them but as it was explained when stepping into the your establishment there were no greetings what so ever, the he/she at that counter simply stared at us and did not once say anything. As I went to ask if you guys had more options for pumpkin drinks the he/she pointed at the promotion y’all had on the counter and I asked “ do y’all have any other pumpkin drink besides the pumpkin chai?” (not once did I say espresso) I just got a finger pointed to the sign and the other one stood there and looked at the other one clueless, lazy and incapable of a response! So although your getting another story from your employees it’s probably in your best interest to watch your cameras and see the truth because if you allow laziness in your establishment as well as lies i guess that reflects how you guys run your business as well!
