Prices are cheap but the buns are dry with no flavor. Worst pineapple buns I've ever had. Staff are rude. Do not recommend at all. Service: Take out Price per person: CA$1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes: Mini Pineapple Bun, Sponge Cake, Pineapple Bun

This is the most outrageous experience I've ever experienced- the customer service was the WORST I have ever seen. Can the owner hire someone else who is nicer? It's fine that they made a mistake, but for them to yell at me. Even when I asked for their name or managers contact, they refused to tell me anything and just kept yelling at me. very bad customer service The two female employees in the store had very bad attitudes. I came here to buy bread, not to be insulted. I asked if there were any sausage buns, but they got angry. I swallowed my anger and paid, but all the bread was left on the counter. Come on, don't say anything and just turn around. May I ask if you have a bag? She just said $0.35, do you want it? I said OK, and she filled the bag for me. Do you think this is the end? When I left with the bread, she said that she had made a mistake in paying the bill and gave me an extra 10 yuan. She also said that if she didn’t believe it, she could adjust the monitoring.
