Best bakery around! The pastries are delicious! When I was pregnant with my daughter I craved an almond croissant, but a very specific one that I had years before that at a bakery in Bend, Oregon (The Sparrow Bakery) because ya know...pregnancy. I spent my entire pregnancy trying to find one that compared but sadly, I never could. I even contemplated spending $40.00 for shipping, but could never bring myself to do it lol. The almond croissant at The Boyer Bakery is everything I was looking for and craved for 9 months. Thankfully I discovered them, and it is much closer to home :)
