The food was really good. I had the chicken and waffle egg bennie. The tenders were fried hard but flavorful. The service was great. Everyone was so inviting and nice. Our food came out in such a quick time, and it was hot and ready to be eaten. The wait was a bit, but worth it!! Added: The homefries were unseasoned a bit hard, but nothing Ketchup couldn't fix. Lol. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Service was quick, and the food was great. We went very early on Sunday morning, so it wasn't crowded. I can see it getting very busy later on a weekend morning. Was in Vegas for a weekend and got in earlier than my party so decided to get a bite to eat near the airport. Broken Yolk Cafe is everything you want in a modern diner. Good food, good drinks, good service. Eating the Sope Benedicts was a specialty as you don’t get that dish often in menus. The yolk was runny, the eggs were perfect and the hollandaise was as good as can be. They were very accommodating seeing as I had to kill 2.5 hours till my party arrived so it was nice to hang out and take in the morning rush as I had already gotten my food and drinks.
