The sandwiches/burgers are delicious. I’ve been to this place many times. My only complaint is that the fries gradually got worse. They used to be really good, but now they taste horrible. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I’m from Dallas and The Burger Life just recently opened up a location here. I went to their website online and I placed an order online. I accidentally ordered from this burger life in Illinois. I called the burger life here at least twenty times over the course of two hours to try and cancel my order and get my money back but no one ever picked up. I’ve been to the burger life here in Dallas a few times and the foods always been amazing and the service has always been good too. I hoped the customer service would have been just as good here as it was in Dallas but sadly that wasn’t the case. No complaint about the food whatsoever just wish the burger life would pick up their phone more often. Service: 1
