Unprofessional services! The order far exceeded the delivery time offered (for a relatively small order, it took more than 2h30), the people at the restaurant keep the phone line closed and do not answer customers. The ordered milkshake came spilled over the already cold food, and the courier did not want to say whether he is an employee of the restaurant or works for a specialized company, so that he can file a complaint. We barely managed to get in touch with the Bucharest franchise to report the irregularities, I do not recommend the location in Bucharest in any way! Total lack of professionalism, seriousness and fairness!
