This is possibly the worst restaurant I have ever purchased anything from. We just placed a $200 order through skip the dishes. It shows up with no sides at all. When we call the restaurant they tell us oh you didn't get any sides because you didn't select any. We purchased main meals, which are supposed to come with fries as a minimum. But because we didn't go and specifically select it when ordering they didn't give us anything. So we were charged full prices for half a meal. Called the restaurant and they were completely indifferent. Worst ordering process and service I have ever heard of. We’ve been coming to this Brewhouse for a while now, and it’s hit or miss at times. We were very excited about the free wings for a year promotion, but unfortunately, we couldn’t stay until midnight. We ended up paying around $150 just to reserve a table and didn’t initially receive our free pizza, drinks, or wing tickets. After speaking to the waitress and showing her that we didn’t see anywhere stating we had to wait until midnight to get the coupons, she finally gave us the wing tickets. However, we still had to spend more money on the food and drinks we ordered, which left us feeling disappointed. To be fair, the site does mention a ‘midnight pizza bar,’ but it wasn’t clear that everything else required waiting until midnight as well. Our reservation was at 8 PM, and it was unreasonable to expect us to sit there for four hours. In the future, please include this important detail in the description. Last year, the pizza bar ended at midnight, so this inconsistency was also frustrating. Lastly, I’d like to note that when I got a refill, the glass was only half full—even though it was just my second refill. Pretty mediocre place overall, but I'm giving them a bad review because of their shady 2024/2025 new years promotion. We spent $140 to reserve a table, and then we were told when we arrived they aren't doing the pizza buffet until midnight... I don't plan on going back and I'm advising others to do the same...
