Stopped in to try my luck on the VLTs. Searched "VLTs near me" on maps and The Canadian Brewhouse in St. Albert came up. I was greeted as I walked in the foyer by a server who was already tending a table of customers. Note: there was signage at the front door saying "please seat yourself". It was rather embarrassing replying "I'm looking for the VLTs" in front of a family having dinner. Her reply was "Oh we don't have VLTs" and she went right back to talking to the family. I stated "Google maps says you do". She glanced over her shoulder at me, didn't say a word and went back to talking to the family. I won't post her name. Management should be more mindful of the people they hire.

Had a bad experience with a rude waitress here a few weeks ago, but the manager was very attentive and emailed me about my previous review the same night. The manager made us reservations for tonight. We had Kennedy as our server and she was very quick with our service, brought napkins and utensils to the table beforehand, checked in throughout the night and didn't make us feel rushed. They even gave us a discount due to our previous experience. Dietary restrictions: Good gluten free options available Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Buffalo Chicken
