As big foodies, it was paramount to have the best of the best for our guests. Our focus was on spoiling everyone rotten by showing them what Noosa has to offer. The Canape Project was a major part of us successfully showcasing that to our guests.
We had an intimate at-home wedding with numerous dietary requirements and Matt worked with us to cater to each and every one of them. From creating delectable canapes to offering multiple desserts, sides and mains for our guests, nothing was an issue and from the very beginning, I knew we were in the right hands.
Matt’s staff were also a delight to have to share in our big day. They were very presentable, friendly and really looked after everyone. You could tell they love their work and were just having fun in what they do best.
Matt is seriously an old hand and a master at his craft! The menu was better than a 5* restaurant right in our home. The cuisine was very fresh and the flavours were insane! Definitely a major highlight of our wedding. We had so many comments from guests saying how amazing the food was and how they appreciated being looked after (Thanks Matt!).
Our kitchen was left immaculate and Matt’s team even packed up some leftovers which we got to enjoy for a few days later, not to mention saving the wedding cake flowers and putting them in a vase for me to keep.
Such an amazing, happy crew and an absolute delight to have in our home on such a special occasion!
I am so grateful for Matt and his team and would highly recommend them for any function.
