Enjoyed my Liver and Onions in a rich gravy with mash and pea's. Good beer, well kept and friendly staff and a good atmosphere.

Well let's just I had suspected food poisoning after eating here, not a good time away in Porlock. Complaint letter sent to the castle, no reply yet!

I have stayed in many hotels in my 34 years as a coach Tour Driver and can honestly say The Castle Porlock is among the best that I've had the pleasure to stay in. The management and staff are committed to making your stay the best it can be, as for the food you won't find better anywhere for quality and quantity and that includes breakfast. Can't wait till our next visit.
