The Cattle Exchange is a neat restaurant in an historic hotel in Canadian. We stopped for lunch and started with the chips and white queso. We all liked the flavor of both the salsa and queso. I had the Big Beef Burrito. Overall, the meal was good. Mrs. Flip Out had the fish tacos and she said they were good. Little Flip Out and Littlest Flip Out seemed to enjoy their food. Neat atmosphere and friendly service! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20
