This past Saturday night, I decided to check this place out after finding it on Google; it looked like a great spot to hang out, grab some food, and have a good time. Unfortunately, the experience was ruined before I even stepped inside. At the security check, they denied me entry, claiming my US Visa wasn’t a valid ID and demanding my Mexican passport instead. I explained that a US Visa is a perfectly valid government-issued ID that I always use in the US to verify my identity and age, and that for safety reasons, I don't carry my passport everywhere at night. In all my years crossing into the US, no other place has ever asked for my Mexican passport. To make matters worse, this "rule" isn't mentioned anywhere—not on their website, their social media, their ads, or even the sign at the door that the guard pointed to while turning me away. The staff's lack of common sense and sheer power trip ruined what was supposed to be a great night. Terrible customer service.

Gamelab is great. Bartenders are cool and friendly, games are reasonably priced especially if you time the expensive ones during happy hour, claw machines are fair. My favorite machine here is Pac-Mania and i love it. it’s the main reason i come here so i was heartbroken when it finally broke down. It has been replaced with tapper but Ms. Pacman is still up and running

The place is good, WHEN IT ISN'T BUSY!!! NEVER GO THERE ON SATURDAYS!!! This only applies if you're an adult/college student, as there's a lot of teens and kids that hog up the spots. That wouldn't be such a huge problem too, however, some family was hogging up the dance space... EVEN THO THEY WEREN'T USING THEM!!! WHO DOES THAT?! The place itself is good tho. Really good selection of stuff to do. If you want to play a good selection of games, Riverside Game Lab is the place. But never go there on a Saturday. Saturdays is for LOSERS!!!!!!! M-F gang... amiright lads?! Ok but for real, for everyone reading this... please be courteous to other people who wants to play games and don't hog up the space for too long. Everyone wants a chance to get on a certain machine and have a good time, so let's not be selfish. Edit: this place has really good garlic bread
