This location is a *massive* failure in customer logistics/bookings: First, you can’t make a phone or online reservation, walk-in only. For a group of 6. Second, wait times are wildly unpredictable. You tell me about a 45min wait, then we get a text 2 hours later. The front desk looks super unorganized (people aimlessly staring at screens, being ignored for simple updates, no set person running the show, lines out the door waiting just like mejust an endless sea of staff running through the front desk) Third, this happened 3 times in a row that our group attempted dinner there until we said there are better options in Orlando. We finally got our text seated and eating at another restaurant all 3 times. The icing on the cake: Then I fly across the country this week, to go to one of the busiest cheesecake factories (las Vegas) that DOES take reservations, and the wait times where shorter than expected (40mins instead of an hour) with a group of 10 people on a packed night. No crazy lines, no chaos, you make the reservation, you go about your life, the text comes in quick, happy customer. The food was great, service fastno confusion at the front desk whatsoever. They run a tight shop. Explain that one to me Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Hello, I recently placed an order from The Cheesecake Factory, and when it was delivered, the doordash driver informed me that a server had placed her hand back into the bag after it was already sealed. After contacting the restaurant and speaking with the general manager, I was told that this is not standard practice and that no server would put their hands inside a sealed bag who do I believe? . Given this information, I find that behavior unacceptable and it makes me uncomfortable. I am now hesitant to eat the food, as I feel disgusted and very dissatisfied with the situation.
