My finance and I went here recently on a date night and it was wonderful. We were quickly seated and immediately were greeted by our waitress. The food was excellent. We had ordered the poke nachos which were a little out of my comfort zone, but they were definitely worth it. I would definitely recommend trying them out. We both got pasta dishes for our main courses which were both excellent. Of course we also got a slice of cheesecake. We took it to go and enjoyed it later that night when we got home. Would definitely recommend coming here for a nice date night with your significant other Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Oreo Cheesecake

We go to this location a few times a year. Food is always remarkable! Service is always questionable!! Always! We normally have to wait for our bill, for our desert and for our food for a ridiculously long time, even when they aren’t crowded. We love it and will continue to go back just wish the staff was a little better. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Steak

Title: Disappointing Experience at The Cheesecake Factory I recently visited The Cheesecake Factory, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. While the food was undoubtedly delicious, the same cannot be said for the service. Upon placing my order, I encountered confusion regarding their notification system. Despite receiving text notifications in the past, this time around, I was left in the dark. When I inquired about the status of my order upon pickup, I was informed that they no longer send notifications for ready orders. This inconsistency in their procedure left me feeling frustrated and perplexed. The lackluster service, coupled with the confusion surrounding their notification policy, detracted significantly from what could have been an enjoyable dining experience. Despite the appeal of their menu offerings, I can't help but feel that The Cheesecake Factory falls short of its reputation. Overall, I found the restaurant to be overrated, and I am unlikely to return in the future. There was a BUG in my water and the waiter didn’t do anything about it , it didn’t make sense he didn’t even apologize and I regret giving him a tip . Price per person: $50–100 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
