Can we please take a moment for the customer service at this store because this is rare....I ordered from Doordash a number of items for a dinner tonight and unfortunately a cheesecake was missing. They delivered it so fast firstly but when I called them to let them know something was missing one of the staff dropped it off instead directly to my home. Things like this are rare so making sure they are recognised for their superior quality of service i am all for that. The young man who offered to drop it off on his way home, thank you Thank you for doing that today because that was my daughters favourite cheesecake and you have made our day !!!! I regularly buy cakes from The Cheesecake Shop and I’m always happy with their quality and service. This time I bought the double choc strawberry torte and it was fresh, delicious and beautifully presented. The lady kindly replaced the strawberries with cookies which was very thoughtful and helpful. Great customer service every time — highly recommended!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

It’s our go to shop for all our celebration cakes and treats . I had tried coffee pecan torte, tiramisu torte, rainbow cake, mud cake, cake pops , cupcakes and custom made cake too. Always loved their texture and flavours. Recently bought rainbow cake with Cocomelon theme pic on top was incredible, very appealing , moist and yummy. Kids loved it.Thank you The Cheesecake Shop Point cook!
