The food is good as usual but please improve your service as well because we're waiting the food almost about an hour to arrive. I also understand the place was very crowded but at least also give the drink first like other restaurants do as well because when we're waiting our food even a simple drink like Pepsi and water also so long to arrive also we're very thirsty at that time. One of staff wearing yellow (lady staff) shirt which i guess supervisor. I stead of taking an order, she simply left rubbish (receipt that she want to throw) at our table. However the staff who taking our order (man staff) very polite. Clean and taking our order ASAP. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Last year I dined in here. Waiting serve time around 15mins, my personal fav always Roasted chicken 1 set combo. So delicious! Thanks for the consistency & great service . Order using QR CODE you know. ------------ I repeat eating here 19/08/23. So sedappp especially the Bhendi + Chili Oils! It's my fave! Come dine in for dinner 8.45pm. The staff are all tired from working all day. No one smiled. But no, I came to eat. The important thing is that the service is as fast as usual because you order through QR CODE now. Just sit down, you can order within 15 minutes. The manager is also very tired because the key in the total bill that I have to pay is RM 444.53. I said that's wrong. He keyed in again - 2 RM 48.00. Fuh wrong again, the 3rd time, he keyed in RM 44.53. Alas he keyed in wrong 3 times and luckily he didn't punch in the details. If not, I don't know how. I have a bill of RM 42.53 only. The last time he keyed in was the correct price of RM 42.53. Fortunately, I didn't swipe the debit card again. Otherwise, the money is floating in that . Working in the FNB field is very exhausting and tiring. Mess up mental & physical health. The Chicken Rice Shop management should do something to boost staff energy & motivation to continuously provide excellent service. May the energy of those who work in this field be commensurate. Strengthen the heart & spirit. Hopefully good customers will come!
