We had a slight mix with orders but hadn’t noticed until arriving back at our accommodation, we phoned through to report this and the staff could have not been more apologetic and helpful they immediately offered to remake the whole order and then swiftly delivered it to us which was a good 15 minute drive away. Superb customer service and equally as good food - highly recommended Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Disappointed after travelling some distance to The Chip Shop to learn that they were not offering gluten-free fish and chips despite the website stating they are available every night.I visited on Wednesday 23rd Feb.

Hi David thank you for your comment. Yes we do offer Gluten free every night that we are open. The only time we can't do it is when the gluten free pan is contaminated with what products, but we always tell you the reason when you order. Can you tell me when you visited us as I or my staff can't recall turning someone away.
