We each ordered a cocktail that was featured for the evening. It was tri-colored with vodka, rum, and grenadine. Lovely! Got me buzzed for $5!
For food I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich smothered in crab meat with a side of sweet potato fries. Fantastic! My partner ordered a flatbread that had Gorgonzola, spinach, apple wedges, and either walnuts or pecans (can’t remember which). I loved it! He wasn’t a fan, but he thinks he just hasn’t had Gorgonzola very often and wasn’t used to the flavor.
Our bartender was very nice! Towards the end I had to get a bit stern with trying to get our check, as she got swamped, but being a bit short-staffed certainly wasn’t her fault.
We’ll GLADLY come back the next time we’re in town from Pittsburgh. Thanks so much for hosting this event for Cumberland Pride!
