I had a wonderful stay at The Citadel in Hurghada. The sea view from the room was absolutely breathtaking, and the variety of food options was impressive, offering something for everyone. The atmosphere throughout the resort was relaxing and enjoyable, especially with the beautiful surroundings and nightly activities. However, I do have a small suggestion for improvement: the animation team could be more active, as their presence greatly impacts the resort’s lively atmosphere. Also, in the beach and pool areas, service could be improved, as we often had to serve ourselves. I would also like to give a special thanks to Radwa from the marketing team, who was incredibly supportive. She checked in with us every day to make sure everything was going well, and her attention to detail really made our stay even more enjoyable. That being said, everything else was perfect—from the stunning views to the overall experience. I highly recommend this resort for a relaxing getaway! Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
