Received a mouth full from the woman behind the counter, for walking in the wrong door. No signs on the doors telling you which one to use and the doors are both next to each other. Both doors take you into the same area and there was no queue just a few people inside . I was on crutches, but she demanded I went back out the door and in the other. Another customer spoke up and said “what difference does it make and perhaps they should have signs if it mattered that much”. I couldn’t even be bothered to communicate with the women. I walked out the door and found another takeaway with excellent customer service and spent £45.. I work hard for my money and The Cod Father will not be getting any of it. Beyond rude and completely unnecessary.and just because you may be busy doesn’t mean you always will be. Customer service counts in any business. Meal type: Other Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
