When it comes to the heavy hitters of big coffee chains, I prefer The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf over their #1 competitor any day... that includes product quality, menu options, company culture, environment, and facility layout. The staff here at this particular branch are always friendly and accommodating. Their insistence upon remaking any drink that fails to meet customer expectations is not mere petty hype, or fluff... they mean it, and they are serious about it.
