We've been visiting the conservatory 4 weeks ago on a Friday night. First I wasn't amazed that it was at a hotel lobby/bar but we wanted to try it. No atmosphere, more modern style which does not go with a Spanish theme restaurant. We had a few cocktails - they were fine, but it took them long to make!!!! and at the end they forgot mine! That's ok we are humans. Food wise I was a bit disappointed, not the 100% authentic Spanish tapas food, but to be honest, didn't expect the real Spanish dishes. The shrimps/gambas unfortunately were swimming in a watery oily liquid. Being from Europe and traveled a ton to Spain I always enjoyed Spanish food/tapas. Unfortunately I won't go back to the conservatory. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1
