I've been all over the country trying brekafast food. LOCATED in- Encinitas. Heres my review- Ricotta pancakes- absolutely perfect, they are ties with "north star" in (columbus ohio) absolute best on the west coast. 9.7/10 Michaka- beef has cooked im assuming atleast 12hrs. (Costa rica was my top favorite) But this has actually tied with it. 9.8/10 Chicken sausage was ELITE 9.6/10. Breakfast potatoes were NOT covered in oil and cook absolutely perfect (crispy not burnt). 9.8/10 The stuffed french toast- you DO NOT NEED SYRUP. Game changer. Best french toast ive had to date. 9.7/10 Like I said, I've been all over the country trying specifically breakfast food, im a breakfast connoisseur. This place checks all the boxes. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $20–30
