Went with this club for awhile, they arranged a 3 peak challenge and I was of course up for the challenge, so I put in my deposit and started raising money for charity! Within the last 3 weeks I have tried to message and have had no contact or reply from the lead instructor. The walk is in the next two days and I have tried contacting too find out the plan but I have still been ignored I am disgusted as I have paid my deposit and raised money for their charity just to be ignored on the days leading up. After 2 years of being in the club to be treated like this, safe to say I won’t be dealing with them again.
