We placed an order for 7.30 pm order arrives nearly hour early, hubby not home to eat which is why we ordered for 7.30pm. Rang to sort it out and was told drive would collect and re deliver at 8pm no one turned up then rang again at 8pm to be told nothing had been done and to eat the one we had!! Which was now cold!!!!
Then told we ours have to wait another hour to get a new order!!!!
Absolutely disgusting will not be using ever again terrible service

Food order very late, over 30 mins, and can't get through to the restaurant to see where it is.

Staying at the Carlton Hotel. The Curry Club is two doors up, so very convenient. Really tasty food, with excellent attentitive staff!! Just wish it was nearer to Wiltshire!!
