The chicken, supposed to be warm, arrived cold, raising serious concerns about the kitchen's competence. The waiter's dismissive responses, particularly the unhelpful "I don't make the rules," showcased a lack of customer service. To add insult to injury, the restaurant's proximity to a loud pub created an auditory nightmare with conflicting music—clearly, a recipe for a regrettable dining experience.
