My mother and I went in at 11:30 ish to order from their kiosk. Brunch was the only keto options so we ordered and spent about 30$ on that and coffees and then ee were told they stop serving brunch at 10:30. We explained that there should be a sign by the kiosk or on the kiosk so we dont waste our money. So we asked for a refund and she said we wouldnt get it until the end of the day. It is now the following day, no refund and the receipt link still says the order is being made. When we called they answered tne phone once, when we explained the situation they hung up. Now every time we call they pick up, are quiet and then hang up the phone. Insanely expensive for visibly mediocre food. Bad service. No signs. No refund. Dont waste youre time.
