i tried the halloumi burger last night and it was like a symphony in my mouth. the buttery bun, chutney and mushrooms almost make it feel like a sweet sunday pancake breakfast but there's still something savoury and burger like that grounds you back to dinner time. an absolute must try if you're in nelson.
