Only nipped in for a quick couple with the missus but will definitely visit again for longer. Beer was spot on,friendly staff and proper pub atmosphere. Price per person: £10–20 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

A proper pub, with proper ale, and proper pub food! Family run with the friendliest of staff, and whether its a pint after work or a weekend lunch... or an evening out with friends - its always enjoyable x highly recommending the quiz night once a month. Oh, and the schnitzel! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

An absolutely lovely tradition pub that concentrates on being a pub and not a restaurant. A refreshing change to not see a menu and reserved signs on the tables. As an added bonus the beer is excellent. I can highly recommend The Eagle if you’re looking for somewhere to drink and maybe have a snack. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
