Bib Gourmand: good quality, good value cooking.
Good standard.

This “factory” is actually sleek, with cement columns, a modern bar and wide-open garage doors that enhance its lofty feel. The ribbon pesto pasta. I don't care what else you order but you MUST MUST MUST order it. The pastas are great at The Factory Kitchen and my go to order is always pasta + steak (as it is at a lot of places.) if you like fried liver and onions they do it really well too. The restaurant itself is really pretty! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Came here for a work Xmas dinner! Much better experience than the first time I was here for lunch! Great service, vibe, and food. The burrata flat break and pickled beef tongue were amazing. And, you can’t go wrong with any of the pastas! Good selection of wine and cocktails too! Don’t forget the cannoli, but skip the tiramisu..
