We came here after having lunch at the Tiny Turtle and the ice cream was delicious!! I got the pralines ice cream and the scoop is big enough to share. Would definitely recommend coming here for a sweet treat

The ice cream itself is fine, nothing special but not bad. My biggest issue was the customer service. First of all, everyone in front of us was getting their orders incredibly slowly. One person even joked they had been waiting for 2 hours. After 17 minutes, there were people who ordered after us and ordered way more than us already getting their orders. My husband and I had only ordered one ice cream cone between the both of us. We asked the girl at the front saying we wanted to check where our order was and were rudely met with “we’re working through the list,” so we told her that the people behind us who ordered more were already getting her orders and would appreciate it if she would double check. She did double check and said that it didn’t carry over into the system. Well, your system did not miss our bank account. We only knew exactly how long it had been because of the bank alert charging our card. You need to get a better “system” so that orders don’t get lost. Or, you could have the workers scoop the ice cream as people order, like every other ice cream shop does. You also need workers with better attitudes. You would think with the people having to wait so long that it could be the best ice cream in the world, but nope. It is comparable too, if not slightly worse than, your typical grocery store ice cream. I have no idea how a business with mediocre product and terrible service has 4.6 stars.
