Cute pub. But we couldn't eat because we had not booked (they had tables but not enough capacity in the kitchen).

A super country pub with very friendly locals and staff. Excellent food, plenty of parking and outdoor seating and a very quirky pub. It has a decent selection of beer and several holiday cottages on-site. Highly recommended and definitely worth a visit. Dog friendly as many locals arrived with their K9 companions and it has a large bowl of dog biscuits at the bar. Just be warned that several cats were spotted wandering around the outside seating area. Parking: Right next to the pub. Don't be tempted to park just before you get to the pub Wheelchair accessibility: It's all flatish (a slight uphill slope from the car park to the pub) and the car park is not tarmacked.
