The food at the fort is routinely inelegantly presented, overcooked, too salty, and the prices they charge should be illegal. (you’ll get much more for that much money at other steakhouses in the Denver area) But the bison ribs were very nice. This was our second time here and last. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: $70–80
