Hello Fountain firstly I live in Macclesfield and think you’re a great addition to the town. I visit you maybe twice a month.. This time I have to give you some feedback poached eggs on both plates were over cooked ( this happens often) and food just about warm I know I should of said something on our visit but the place was busy and it was not the time .. What’s up with the coffee at The Fountain??? I understand you roast your own blend and all but seriously after all the effort it always tastes kinda strange and lord knows I’ve tried to like it many times. Finally please please try to spend some time training the floor staff as table-side skills need some help. Please, this is only feedback as I really like The Fountain.
