I simply asked you if you were ordering, and took your order, that was the extent of my interaction with you. The cashier asked you to repeat your order so we could get your funnel cake topped according to your specifications and you were talking extremely low given the other people walking by and the music playing. Eitherway, I want to apologize for the poor service you believe you received. The store was extremely busy and if there was no acknowledgment when you got in the line, it was definitely an oversight and nothing personal. We try to treat all of our customers with respect but often not given respect in return. Additionally, this is a difficult time of the year for me and my family as we are still trying to make sense of the tragic loss of the founder of The Funnel Cake Man, who also happens to be my husband. It is a daily struggle to push ourselves to be at the store without him and is especially difficult around the holidays. While this is no excuse for an unpleasant attitude, I hope you can understand that yes we are dealing with a lot and hope you are patient with us given you now know our circumstances. More
