So I ordered food prior to my lunch break. I arrive to an almost empty store and was told since I ordered ahead of time im not allowed to sit down and eat as people like to order ahead as a way to try and reserve a seat. I could totally understand the confusion if the store was packed with people but I kid you not there was at least 20 seats. The owner was asked if we could sit and she said no... so here I sit in my car eating my lunch. Never did I ever use the words to go or anything I just asked to place an order under my name.. as someone in a manager role for the last 10 years let me tell you how quickly I wouldve sat the customer with an 95% empty dining room to fix this issue instead here's ur shitty review and ill review it the same on every platform best of luck. --The Fuse was a fantasitc experience!!-- I have heard about The Fuse from a close friend. My wife and I live all the way by the shoreline of Connecticut. The drive up was beautiful and one of the best ways to end the drive was a beautiful visit at The Fuse. When we first walked in, we were acknowledged and greeted at the door. The wonderful staff had an attractive and electrifying presence. The ascetic of the place had an historic nod to the bank that was. A beautiful bank vault is seen from the door. The resturant had a welcoming, clean and pleasant atmosphere. THE FOOD!!! WOW THE FOOD!! The sushi is to die for! What a beautiful presentation and exquisite flavor! I felt the years of craftsmanship and fine culinary skills through every bite. The Green Dragon and the Raw Lovers was what graced my palate. It was a dream experience! By far the best sushi I had in years! The arrangement of the ingredients gave the plate a attractive look. The high quality ingredients used to make the sushi WAS BETTER THAN WHAT WE GET AT HOME. Yes I said it better than what we have at home. As I ate the sushi I looked across the street and even told my wife we should move across the street. The sweet potato Roll was SUPREME. I can eat a whole tray of it! It was the perfect complimentary roll and on its own still very powerful. It gave the arrangment a beautiful touch. LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT THE MISO SOUP AND THE SPICY DUMPLINGS!!! The Miso soup had a flavorful and robust flavor one fit for ROYALTY. As soon as the soup rests on the tongue the aromas and body of the soup pop! It was a addicting and left me wanting to have an entire pot! The warmth of the tasty broth gave me goosebumps. The Spicy Dumplings was an amazing sharable appetizer. The presentation alone makes you want to preserve it in your mind forever. As you take your first dumping into you mouth time slows down. The slight crisp, burst of flavor and the wonderful smooth texture that followed gave me a sensation I will feel until tomorrow. The Fuse bubble tea . What an experience!!! This flavor was what I searched for years to experience. I felt like it was a match made at birth a destiny that I have claimed. I savored every ounce! I recommend to everyone all ages!!! 20/10!!!!! Well worth the drive and I will preach and cry out to all people that I know to make the trip!!!!!
