The food is so good and has great vegetarian options. I tried Aloo Tikka, Peri Peri Masala Padam, Veggie Samosas, and Chicken Tikka Masala (spicy) with garlic naan. Everything was so good, the veggie samosas were my absolute favorite. This was my first time trying Indian food and I was very pleased with my food. This restaurant has got me out of my takeout rut and has me dining in more. They offer a vibrant menu of Indian and Mediterranean dishes with some fusions between the two. All the ingredients are fresh and cooked to perfection (veggies tendercrisp, meats tender and juicy). They have different levels of heat spiciness to suit every palate and mango lassi (fruit and yoghurt drink) or raita to soothe your taste buds if you get too adventurous with the heat. The family and friends who cook and serve are so kind and welcoming. Give Fusion Rasoi a try! You'll be so glad you did and are supporting a local business. While 2025 is the first year of Fusion Rasoi, they have long been vested in the Auburn-Opelika community. Change it up, Spice it up, and Chaat it up at The Fusion Rasoi!
