So this was there most recent Health Inspection… insect control device above kitchen prep. Dead rodent in basement storage area. Out of compliance. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: $20–30

Chlorine chemical sanitizer residual detected in the final sanitizer rinse cycle of the kitchen low temperature sanitizing dishwasher was 0 ppm, and not 50-100 ppm as required. All food service ware shall be manually washed in three-compartment sink until machines can be serviced. Chlorine chemical sanitizer residual detected in the final sanitizer rinse cycle of the bar low temperature sanitizing dishwasher was 0 ppm, and not 50-100 ppm as required. The person in charge did not demonstrate adequate knowledge of food safety in this food facility as evidenced by this non-compliant inspection. Food employees observed in kitchen food prep area, not wearing proper hair restraints, such as beard covers. Single-use chemical bottles being used for chemicals not originally designated for the chemicals now in them. Basement toilet room in dry food storage area is not completely enclosed with a tight fitting door nor handwash set up and shall not be used. Marinara sauce, a refrigerated, ready-to-eat time/temperature control for safety food in the walk-in cooler area, was date-marked by the facility, but was beyond the seventh day use or sell by date and requires discarding. Sauce was voluntarily disposed of during this inspection. Automatic dispenser of bar mechanical dish machine was non-operational. An insect control device located in kitchen food prep above mixer area with potential to contaminate food, equipment, and/or utensils. Observed one small dead rodent in basement food storage area.

Steve made excellent drinks. The Bolognese was so good. They offer half portions which are a meal in itself. Never had calamari as good as The Gallery made tonight! Overall awesome experience! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
