We had family meal here on 28th May, our server was pleasant and helpful, our starters were very salty, but left that down to the nature of the dishes, our main course arrived and the salt and pepper chicken burger was very slimy under the breadcrumbs and the chicken very grainy in texture, my wife's steak was a little thicker than a steak Canadian to say the least, the blue cheese sauce was like salty homemade gravy, not seen any cheese in its life , disappointed really as it was my birthday and we have always had good food here .

We have eaten here several times so ordered off Just Eat...the chicken was off no sauce and slaw and the mushrooms tasted like reheated stew horrible. They refused to refund with the audacity to say its taste absolutely NOT !!! So insulting and as such we will never go to eat here again!!! You have lost customers as a result and we will never recommend you to anyone!!

Visited George’s Bistro on a number of occasions - restaurant, bar food and drinks only. Prices are more than reasonable, quality of food and drinks excellent, and the icing on the cake is the bar area is dog friendly! Whether you’re out for a quick drink, party, quality pizza and beer in the beer garden or an exceptional sit down meal in the bistro, the George ticks every box. Never had a bad drink or meal and the staff are all friendly and welcoming.
