Good morning, We are very sorry that you had this experience with us. The manager of whom you are mentioning was not working this evening and was speaking to 2 members of staff that work in the same company as our site and our very good regulars of ours who are not under age. When both parties had a conversation about a cocktail that did not taste strong enough he mentioned that if you would like it to be stronger you would have to pay for the extra alcohol that you would be requesting for as we as a company follow a spec of measurements for all ingredients in a cocktail. when mentioning the strength of the drink said manager did mention that most people make stronger drinks at home as they are not measured out same way they would be in our site setting.
