It was a Thursday evening, which is a free pool night, but they have like other curry nights, etc. We were a group of 6 we booked for the evening meal the same day. The meals were a reasonable price. The Seabass with smashed potatoes was delicious. The sweet chilli chicken stir fry came with rice or noodles. The young staff were great. It is a good choice for a night off from cooking on a holiday.. We didn't stay at the Galdstone, so I can't comment on the rooms. Service: 5

Just stayed a week locally to The Gladstone and it became our ‘go to’ place virtually every day after visiting the beach with our dog, Ruby. We absolutely fell in love with the place - it’s a wonderful and relaxing place, with great food and lovely staff. Our Ruby was spoiled by Mandy each day who gave her biscuits and a big bowl of water on arrival, and we couldn’t get over how accommodating of dogs Gavin and his team are, both in the bar areas and restaurant. The place has a lovely vibe, and Gavin made us feel so welcome. Thank you to Gavin and his team SO much - we’ll definitely be back one day soon! Linda, Andy and Ruby xx Service: 5

We arranged a 40th birthday meal for 19 people and the food and service was amazing everyone in the group commented on how fantastic the food was and it was all timed fantastic considering we had a mixture of normal menus and the Christmas menu. All very well priced. Staff couldn’t do enough for us. The meal was followed by live music as it was a Saturday evening. Fab night thanks to all the staff.
