Come here for some rest after a long walk around Holy Trinity Anglican Church. The menu of Mexican cuisine is recommended to degust at this restaurant. Many visitors say that waiters serve tasty shrimp tacos here. A lot of people note that you can drink good beer at The Good Fight Taco.

Staff are very informative and friendly. Kind of an upscale food court setting. Food was good, a little cold and small portions. The burger place right beside it is owned by the same people, and the fries are gluten free and absolutely amazing. Very crunchy, and well salted. I had the El Pastor tacos, which were topped with nice pickled onions and I believe mangos. Not authentic by any means, but a nice light lunch. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: El Pastor Taco Dietary restrictions: They are knowledgeable about gluten free restrictions, however I didn’t get my food marked as gluten free when I received or on my receipt.

Came by for a quick visit at True North Square. I really appreciate all the different seating areas within Hargrave St. market. Many restaurants to choose from. Ended up choosing to try The Good Fight Taco for a quick snack. Price per portion was decent, i’m unsure of other places in Winnipeg offering similar so I can’t compare, but i have had similar in other cities that are more affordable. The al pastor tacos were just ok, i found it overall to be on the bland and dry side, not even the good spicy salsa it came with could save it. If you are going to try this place maybe skip the al pastor Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: CA$10–20
